After ingesting Marijuana(reefer), do you gentlemen notice that your flacid penis is a bit bigger?

I sure noticed that one. Everytime after I toke, my flacid penis is about double in size.

But with erections, it's always the same size.

Weed is called a "VASODIALATOR" which means it causes blood vessels to dialate (get bigger) just like viagara. Tobacco is a "vasoconstrictor".
