Right spectrum, but you want more watts. You'd need like 10 of those per square foot.

those are right but to me i think its best to get the 23-42 watt ones

I'd use the 27 watt (100 replcaement) daylight bulbs.

that sort of lighting and the wattage ur planning is suitable for clones and seedlings

if u want a decent crop buy a decent light

but in answer to ur question

yes u could grow with those lights but 4 will not be enough for 2 plants. 1 plant would struggle with 4

dont expect miracles though

all the best

That depends how big your plants are.
If there is a magic formula for how much light to use, it is this:
>50W per Sq.Ft.
If you use less watts, chances are you'll be less than satisfied with the results.
Your proposed 2x27 + 2x13 = 77 Watts.
So, that's enough for about 1.5 square feet.

Actually, you could do a lot more than that in 1.5 sq. ft. You could get an Oz.

Or more...

Or less...

1.5 sq.Ft. is 12"x 18", or a 16" square.
That's room for 4-6 plants in veg, or 1-2 plants in flower*.

(* or even more in a sea of green setup)

You mean cubic feet not square feet dont you psteve?Nope.
I mean square feet of coverage under your light. NOT cubic volume of your room.

The numbers you are interested in when shopping for lights are from two scales referring to light and color. Read what I wrote about CRI and K, toward the bottom of this thread. http://boards.cannabis.com/basic-growing/134670-what-does-everything-mean.html I would not buy any lights until you understand both abbreviations. HID lighting is best for everything except cloning, but CFL has many advantages. You could easily get away with CFL for vegging (though MH is best) and end up with a very nice yield. However you just can't beat HPS for flowering, unless you can get a shit load of 2200K CFLs.

All above abbreviations are in the thread I linked to, and you really need to understand them before shopping for lights.
