Is it safe to smoke?

I am currently on probation for 6 months for simple possesion pf marijuana. During this time period I have to pass 3 random drug tests. So my question is this: after I pass all 3 drug tests, is it safe to smoke or would it be better to wait untill the probation actually ends? The terms of the probation say 3 tests so they couldn't give me any more right? Also, do you think that all drug tests will be over with for a long time before probation actually ends OR will the last test be on like the last week of probation?

Play it safe. You haven't even had all 3 tests and you are ready to try to tempt fate. You will lose a lot of smoking time if you are locked up.

Probably be a good idea if you just wait...you never know, if they have suspicion they could test you again and I imagine they would spread the 3 tests over the duration of your probabtion

Wait. Don't take unnecessary risks. When you're done with probation, you'll have something to celebrate, and far less to worry about. :)

Dude, Don't be stupid. You must be young to ask such a question. Ask anyone who violated probation for a dirty drug test. Oh wait....You can't, BECAUSE THERE IN JAIL!!!!

You have no guarantee it's only three tests. Theres no rule for that. What if You take three test and on the last day of probation they tell You Your free if You pass this last test? You have the rest of Your life to smoke weed....Don't blow it.

well the terms of my probation specifically said 3 clean drug screens but most people here seem to think that they can still drug test me at any time so ill prolly be playin it safe. thanks to everyone who posted.

There You go. With Your previous way of thinking You will go from a Young person who made a mistake and experimented with weed to a X-con. Even if Your probation says 3 tests, What will You do if they give You four, Call the cops, Complain to the Judge.

i was on probation for 2 years when i was a teenager in GA,got off it in 1 b/c i DID NOT SMOKE until they let me off for good.now i live in cali and grow the dankest of nugz and blaze all day long.my probation officer was a tricky bastard, and it was my impression from him that a test on the last day shouldnt be surprising.it wasnt.;)play it safe

i would think that it would be safe but i wouldnt want you to end up in jail. if you have to blaze after the three test just take a detoxer the day after and you will be fine. I also heard taht the first two test are just bullshit and the last one is the one that really counts.

thanks for the advice jeffman. Im really not trying to argue but I really don't consider any of my thinking on this topic flawed as you previously suggested, I just wanted to know. I am already a very resposible user. I was not doing anything wrong. Sometimes no matter how many precautions are taken, there is no way to avoid getting busted. Sure, I could of ditched everything or something, but I had no way of knowing what was going to happen.Hindsight is always 20/20. Again, thanks for your advice, but the system is wrong not me. You don't even know anything about me or the situation around my arrest, so don't judge.

The court order states 2 test, how ever your PO as the option to do more if they want to. Had a friend that went through that and passed 3 test then on last visit to exit his probation they did another test and he failed and went to jail.

If you were on probation for drugs your PO can do another test just for looking at them funny.

definatley don't chance it, and usually one is right towards the end..hell it's october now, you only have to wait until the end of april, totally doable, besides just work out or something through the winter to keep yourself occupied....

Well You started out good and I was going to call You a young Man with a head on His shoulders but if You insist on blaming the man then thats OK too.
I try not too judge but some questions just seem crazy. I don't think Your a bad Person. I'm sure Your a good Guy. Try to keep thinking like You are and don't test the system.
The fact is You got caught and You have to complete this probation or it will ruin You. Keep Your dope in Your shorts always after You do Your time.
