Borrowed the one from my buddy that hangs on the ceiling and you throw the little sulphor pellets in there and plug her in. I am curious about a few things.
a.) does ventilation have to be off?
b.) where do I hang it? right above the plants or in a corner?
c.) how long does ventilation have to be off for... five hours or so like a regular bomb?
d.) how much of the pellets are you supposed to use? he said it's enough for one burn but i want to be sure.
e.) osilating fans on during the sulphor bomb?

In a 3'x6' cab I use the sulphur for about 15 minutes AFTER the sulphur has melted.
Then another five minutes with the oscillating fans on.
Vent fans off.
Too much sulphur will really screw with your new, tender growth. Five hours could conceivably kill the entire plant. I went for about 45 minutes one time and it really screwed with a lot of the growth.
I hang the pot in the center of the cab. You want the sulphur vapor to get on all your leaves.
I do the sulphur thing during lights on; but I hang a 65 watt cfl in the cab and turn off the big lights cuz, obviously, you can't use them with the vent fans off.
A little sulphur goes a long way, and it can be re-melted. Take a good whiff of the vaporizer when your new sulphur has just melted. On subsequent uses you should be able to smell when the vapor is no longer strong enough.
I usually treat every second or third day until the problem is gone.
Good luck!

Sulfer vapes are pretty much the real-world treatment of choice for above-media fungal pathogens.
Hey Razza- do you have a problem already, or is this prophylactic?
If yer using it on rotation to prevent infection, you can use it infrequently- maybe every two weeks.
Application has to be maintained long enough to get good penetration- osc fans will speed things greatly. Pretty much as soon as everything has been vaped, you can extinguish and blow off.
Remember, those things are sized for greenhouses- gazillions of cubic feet. It'll do even a good sized room in minutes.
Seriously, I'd think that even 15 minutes might be over-kill.
Have fun- those are a wicked good time.

LOL - My vaporizer's pot is only about 3.75". It's a pretty small unit.
...but it's certainly better to do too little twice, than too much once.

I left the vents off for five hours and sulphor bombed... here I am almost three days later and I see a few leaves with mildew still on them. I am cautiously taking off the mildew, and caught it again today for the first time since the bomb... curious to see if it spreads at all. I don't get why I have mildew when my r\h is usually right around 45%... that is damn dry.
