Your 'percents' don't help in the least. You have an obvious problem but you say you're xx% sure you're locked down.
There's a sticky in the top of this forum section, read and answer the questions.
My guesses so far include not enough nitrogen, and too much heat, but you haven't given ANY relevant info so it's a crapshoot.
Finally, there is NO offering of bud on this site. We have to protect ourselves from accusations of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance... Thank you for understanding.

And my eyes, those bold caps actually make my eyes hurt. I gotta go take some aspirin for my headache now. When you type in all caps in the internet it means that you are yelling or abbreviating something. And bold caps mean you're yelling extremely loud. What?

The other thing I can't stand is the txt-talk... we are talking tech here people, not asking Muffy and Krissy to go to the mall.
How is it easier to type "B FORE" instead of "before", or "EN" instead of "in"? I just don't get why anyone, ESPECIALLY anyone old enough to be a member here, would want to sound like that... GRRRRRR....

The one I see the most is LOL. I doubt very much people really are laughing outloud when they write that. Sure sometimes, I even did a couple times since I signed up here, but I think it is abused. Come on people lets be honest with our abbreviations now. Maybe I'll start a rally.
