Ok, so here's how it goes. I was laying in bed last night (stoned, obviously) and i had a thought. I have a 4 foot black light in my room, and i had the notion that perhaps, in some strange, divine way, i could use a set up with 12 hours of darkness and 12 hours of blacklight. of course, it puts out very little wattage or lumens, so most likely it wouldnt do anything, but i was curious as to what people thought.
