Hello all. I'm looking forward to getting to know this board.

I had a little trouble registering and Bird was very patient and helpful straghtening things out for me, so I want to say that if she is any indication of the quality of people on this board, I have no doubt I'll enjoy my time and learn alot.

Thanks,
David :bonghit:

We're not all Texans, here!

Hey, Dave. Or, David, sorry.

Thanks! I appreciate the response.

I know that not everyone's a Texan Beachguy.... but don't discount it being a state of mind too.

thanks for the warm welcome, I do wonder if I dissed Birdgirl by calling her Bird? There was no direspect intended.

Her husband calls her "Birdie", and, some people type "BG", for short.

No "dissing" inferred. Lots of folks call me Bird. That was Sundance, our owner, who reset your registration and helped you gain access here, by the way. I just passed the message along to him!

You're a trip Beachguy. You're omnipresent! You have a comforting sense about you. ty.

And ty BG... may I take this opportunity to thank Sundance... "our owner", who is a better man then I could ever hope to be :)

Heh, a few weeks a go I watched an ESPN broadcast where Deon Sanders shook Jerry Jones' hand and said "you will always be my owner". While I understand the concept, in this "PC" world I am trepedatious of certain word's boundaries.

Don't doubt my sincerity, however, I am very thankful to BG and Sundance for being here :)

Thanks,
David
