Male or Female?

Hey all, i have just put my two plants into flower 12/12 from 24/0. It's been about 3 days (put them into 12/12 on 21st feb) since i only have the two plants growing im very nervous about finding a hermie/male.. because i want to get some decent yield off the plants. One plant is thai weed that i picked seeds out of a bag of thai weed i had. The other plant is 100% femminized white widow, seeds i bought for around $80 so i want the white widow to be female at least! i have a terrible feeling that the thai is gonna turn into a hermiebecause of the poor quality seeds, i have been reading @ Shar Rubber Duck, overgrow and uk420 about distinguishing male from females, alls i can understand about this is males have small round balls at the nods and females have pistels... (is this correct?) but i want to find the male AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so it doesn't turn the white widow into a male, how can i do this straight away and be 100% certain of sex of each plant, so i dont waste my time with males? any ideas/tips/suggestions all welcomes, im a first time grower and want a decent harvest, thanks for your time..

Just wait ,the males show up first.
About a week in to 12/12 the males usally start to show ,but like u said the males have little balls but they also have little yellow flowers coming from those balls if you find this get rid of it straight away.if u dont get rid of it the chances r is that it will pollinate the female and u know what that meens seedy skunk but that also meens u have more seeds to start again.

P.S. I want to determine the sex of each plant so if either is a male i can seperate them, if the thai weed is a male plant what i plan to do is leave it on my window sill and keep the white widow in the grow room, so the widow wont be affected by the male plant, and i can still grow the male plant on the window sill. If both are males ill just leave them to grow in the grow room, and disinfect it for the next grow.. if it is male what should i expect from it, just weeds instead of proper buds? how long can i leave the plants together before the male one will mess up the female ones? I havnt yet distinguished whether there male or female and need some quick information on determing the sex so i can seperate them, thanks for the help.

male plant aint worth a wank they dont get u stoned.The only thing they r good 4 is if u r trying 2 breed.They only produce pollen which you can pollenate the females with, but if u want good smoke dont try this cos all it does is make the female buds go seedy the results more seeds to start over again

pollen sacks=balls
