Bring power to Quebec

The compation center in Montreal (a center for the people using medical marijuana, for cancer, HIV, etc.) propose that Quebec take over Ottawa in the case of medical marijuana. What do you thing about it ?

No that is not the point... It mean that Quebec should take over Ottawa regulation. A concrete explanation for this is that Quebec will regulate the use of medical marijuana instead of Ottawa. I think Quebec gouvernement will be more open to change the law on medical use of it, not like Harper.

hehe yeah i wish that would be the case! i would like to be in legal control over MY OWN cannabis use and cultivation, but i suppose thats asking too much from our owners: the mega-rich!
