Its that time of the year again.... Finally got a camera. I have am growing two different strains this time. One strain is a sativa dominate hybrid that came from some commericial dank. And the other is Probably some kind of skunk which came from a batch of some very kind buds... The skunk still has about a month and it is FROSTED... Can wait for it.... I harvested the dank about 4 days ago and it weighed out to alittle over 12 ounces...

I'll start with pictures of the dank (nicknamed Karma). This is about a week before harvest.

Heres harvest day. I checked them in the day time and waited until around midnight so all the stratches in the leaves go down into the roots.

Now heres some of the Headies... Which i'm going to nickname skunk (because skunk is the only other strain ive heard of with pink/purple hairs). It was started late so it rather small but it makes up for it with resin:D

It is from a bagseed... I started the dank along time ago inside. I got a few seeds from some decent dank and picked a mother. Those are all clones. But yeah they turned out great. Has a great clean hgih too it though i won't be able to get a true smoker's report until its cured. But for not being cured it does pretty well.

The "skunk" was from some killer that i got from a friend of mine. Now i almost never find seeds in anything but schwaggy mids but this time i got lucky. I found the skunk seeds in mid-july and started about 10 of them and of that 10, 7 made it and of that 7 4 were males. I killed the males so now 3 females remain. I only expect a couple ounces.

Here's some more pictures of harvesting the dank. After 4 days of drying we weighed it out to 335g. Looks like i won't be running out soon:jointsmile:.

Took nearly 5 hours to trim all of it. But it was well worth it. The trim is gonna be used for hash. Nothing is wasted. I use fan leaves, stems, shitty buds... Im getting a bubblebag in a few day :).

Here's a few more bud pictures for whoever is interested... I smoked alittle of it the other day and it really is going to be some quality stuff... Only 5 days cured and its already smoothing out and getting a decent taste to it. I cant wait til it is done curing... two or three more weeks... The middle picture is 6 oz.

ED, damnit, man, stop that picture shit. I have drooled all over my keyboard, and now the E and the J buttons won't work unless you hit 'em with a hammer! He, he, he...

That's some nice looking shit.

Im can't WAIT until springtime.

I've decided to go with Panama Red, Willie Nelson, and Burmese Pure. From reeferman.com.

Reasonable prices, and I am intrigued by the strains...

Got some fresh pictures today. They look amazing and smell like... happy. I can't wait until they are done... I saw a few amber trichs on two of them so they must be close. I'm probably gonna chop them this weekend after i check with a microscope. They may be a bit small but they are sooo pungent and sparkly.

Harvest time!!! again... This girls are the stinkiest girls i have ever had... My entire house reeks.. im burning incense... spraying febreeze.. but it is just too strong.. Smells like sweet piney dankness. I cant wait for the final product. The dank has cured up nice and it is great... Good sativa high with a slow gradual comedown. It easily keeps you stoned for two hours. I hope you enjoy this pics....

Okay.. Its finally all cured out and its time for the smoke report. The dank turned out better than i expected... its quite tasty and smells like resiny flowers... It has a good mixed high lean alot towards sativa. The "Skunk" was okay... It smelled alot stronger on the plant though. It smells piney and kinda musty like a really good incense. Its kinda hard to describe because its a complex smell taste/smell. The high on it is very heavy... You feel fucked up as soon as the bowls cashed and i often just sit there for awhile after smoking a bong load. Its kinda dazes you to and makes you feel quite relaxed. Its good but only if i have nothing to do. I can't wait until next year... or my next grow... which ever comes first:D.... We'll just have to wait and see

hey real nice plants, but i have some questions

did you germinate the seeds first or just stick them in the ground?

and did you use your own soil to plant this in? (if so what did you use) or did you just plant it in the ground that was there (and if you did that, did you do anything special to the soil?)

thanks for the help and hopefully my outdoor will turn just as good

I germinated the skunk bud inside late in july and grow them to about 6" or 4 or 5 nodes. The dank bud was clones from a indoor grow. I used a mix of promix soil, cow manure, plant-tone(good stuff), Fox farm Steamed bone meal and poultry manure.

Not just skunk, I got a strain called #7 I created with a cross between NL#5x BBx C99 and outdoor all the hairs are pink/purple but indoors they are all white. outdoors the buds are real leafy and indoors its the opposite just chunky buds. I hate it even thought its a mad producer, get me so high I get paranoind and my heart races like hell way trippy, Think the C99 is the culprit!
