I wanted to have a little first time play with growing. I planted two seeds just planned on using the summer weather with the plants in the window. All went ok, due to crappy UK summer, not as much growth as I would have hoped. The both female, and both budded pretty nicely. I am currently doing the 12 hours dark, 12 hours light someone said. Question I have is they are almost ready to harvest I think, all the bud has the little white hairs, and just over a week ago the tips started to go ginger. Because of the awful weather though they seem to have gotten stuck with no growing, no more colouring of the hairs. Shall I just harvest them now, or is it gospel I have to wait for them to all go ginger. I just dont want to leave them so they die. I am proud for my first go, and will be getting some lights.. Any help MUCh appreciated.
Thanks guys

Well its been awhile since I harvested but last I remember I think someone on here I believe it was a moderator told me that your plant is ready when 75% to 80% of the pistils turn amber.Im not positive on this but I think thats what he told me if I remember correctly.

When the hairs are about 90% brown you are right near harvest, but for the final determination, look at the trichomes to determine % clear/cloudy/amber.
