You need a mother plant, for clones, to do a SOG. :)

Just about every question posed in your post is answered in FAQs and other posts already on this board. Spend a day reading through them so that you not only answer your own questions, but gain a thorough understanding of the process you seek to use.
In short, you will want to grow a few mother plants for taking cuttings. Harvesting every 1-2 weeks is much less practical than every month. I would also recommend not growing your clones to 14" before flowering as they will be large enough before growing to 2-3 feet tall in flowering (plus, that's not really SOG). For a true SOG, you would want to flower your clones within a few weeks after they root. The idea behind SOG is to have a flat, uniform, canopy of green, concentrating on the top cola for budding instead of the lower growth.
As for yield, that is so subjective it's not even funny. Look for the statistics on your particular strain; you should be able to find an approximate yield per square meter in SOG. If you use around 50watts of light per square foot and a SOG setup, you can expect circa 250-500g every flowering period (7-10 weeks) for a good setup.
Once again, do a little reading as it will not only answer your questions but may also give you a few ideas that you never considered.

First, everything that Gainsvillegreen said to you in the post is 100% accurate. Second, he gives you the information and you call him "RUDBOY", and you get what seems to be an attitude.... I would first suggest typing things out like a normal person and not that cell phone texting crap that you have here and when someone is trying to help you not to get an attitude. There are some people on these boards that if they havent already seen your post, your lucky, but when they do they will either tear you apart in a helping way (like gainesvillegreen) or not even post anything at all and when you do post something later they will just ignore (kinda like what i am gonna do from here on out with your posts)
Do yourself a favor, learn about the Google (http://www.google.com) advance search feature and use it. Everything you will need is on these boards in some form or another, even your question about growing from seed to a SOG setup (i know this cause someone else just asked the SAME EXACT QUESTION about 3-4 days ago on here).
Try the search again and THEN post your questions.... or just do what i think your gonna do and flame everyone one here who doesnt agree with what you want to hear....
either way... good luck with your grow.

What is your problem? He gave you very accurate information. You obviously don't know how to read (or spell), because if you actually did read any of the stickies in the cultivation section, you would have gotten a good idea on how to do what you want to do. Harvesting every two weeks in not practical at all, and you will be very disappointed if you wish to do so. And no, you posting on this site is NOT okay with us if you flame and don't appreciate information and advise people give you. Everyone here could have just ignored you because you didn't READ, but instead, they gave you advise on how to do what you asked, but still told you to read. See the cycle here?
For a good SOG setup, assuming you can put one together properly with decent lights and the right nutrients, would yield you anywhere between 1 Ounce - 5 Ounces dry and up, depending on how much space you are to set aside for that. You will need atleast two mother plants to get the yield you want, and you'll want a 600 Watts HPS light and some mylar for the walls to bounce it back to the plants so less light is wasted. Just a rough estimate, but you'll probably want somewhere between 12-24 plants. (Varies greatly depending on strain, as well.)
Go back to school and learn how to spell, how to use punctuation, and you'll also benefit if you learn to be a little considerate to people who are trying to help you. If you grow with your bad attitude, expect many bad vibes going your way, and expect karma to come around and kill all of your plants with a plague of spidermites. Plants can feel you, they know you are there, and they are in tune with nature, and can probably feel energies coming off of you. (Bad vibes, anyone?)

No offense, but WTS is right. I have to say that after viewing that altercation, I am probably leaning towards not bothering (and I know some of the respected people around here would consider losing my advice an unfortunate thing). I only hope in the future, those who have even more to offer than I will have the fortitude to assist. I will probably come around, but do us all a favor and be a little more considerate. Just about everyone with experience here (usually anyone with decent reputation) is about as groovey a person as you could hope to meet, and very friendly. So in the spirit of good will, I suggest starting over and taking this from the top and we will try to help you if you will take our advice as constructive. Best wishes

Cornwood, there was nothing in my post that was meant to be rude. I only suggested reading because in addition to answering questions, it allows one to fully understand what it is he/she is doing.
Please do take the rest of my advice in the post though, grow some mothers, take cuttings, root, flower, harvest.

Good advice, all around in both posts. I would seriously recommend taking the words of gainesville to heart. There isn't much I would have added, if anything. The FAQ's will just help you more than posting alone; they are an invaluable resource. Search Threads is also a huge time saver, and I think if you give it a shot, you'll find what you need along with some great commentary and suggestions through active threads.

SOG does not lend itself to perpetual harvest; it will be a MODIFIED SOG.
You need ~ 4 mothers to most efficiently do what you are planning- take clones every 2 weeks, allow a month to recover.
Yield depends on skill, strain, and WATTS.
And bickering on the boards doesn't impress anyone.

No worries. Between what you've read already, and what we've responded to this post, hopefully you have a good idea of what you need to do. You need a stock of hearty mothers in constant vegetation. From those, you will take your cuttings and root into clones. Those clones get moved into flowering once they veg for a few weeks and then you repeat.
Good luck!

Cornwood - do a search for posts by user AlBFuct. Several months ago he had some posts on here about his op, which is set-up to harvest every two weeks. You can get a good idea from there what it entails to haved a perpetual harvest.
