Has anyone else seen this? My god its brilliant, and visually stunning. The actor who played Max is bloody gorgeous.

argg i so wanted to catch this movie but i got put off by the fact that i heard its a musical & im not one thats into the whole bursting out into song :(

how is was it though?

I'm a guy ... I'm not generally into musicals but I saw this movie and I enjoyed every minute of it. I am a big Beatles fan so that probably had some to do with it. I wish I was stoned when I saw it though... that's my only regret

Its a musical but its not overly cheesy like moulin rouge. All the music are covers of the beatles. Im a HUGE beatles fan and I was so scared they were going to butcher the music. Its so good though, go see it. It is a visual orgasm and I was tripping and I was completely sober.

sure its a musical, but its the beatles, its a musical like the wall is a musical, fucking kick ass, i still need to see it:(

The trippiest parts are when they sing "I want you", "For the benefit of Mr Kike", and "I am the Walrus" Wow!

ahhh I tried to watch but then they busted out into song, I cant watch these movies I can barely sit throw any play event, and the only reson I go to the opera or any kinda of play is for a date and the few times that I did it. I passed out a couple times but I was awake for the important parts.

if U think that U even like the beatles at all. than U must go see this movie.

and I would smoke a lot of bud outside just right befor U walk in to see it.

cuz I did and wow. it was the best movie I have seen all year. and I am even a big movie buff. and this move tops them all.:D


and I wish I had the chance to meet john lennon befor he died.
but I am a young hippy.

I went to see this last night, absolutely blazed, and i must say, this was the most trippy movie i've ever seen. I don't mind musicals, i don't absolutely love them either, but i loved this movie. I was mezmorized most of the movie.

I reccomend seeing this STONED out of your mind!

I really really really liked this movie. I thought they actually did a great job on covering the Beatles songs! My fave cover would have to be 'I've Just seen a Face'.
I learned to LOVE musicals, Hairspray in cluded :)

Yeah, I'm not usually a fan of musicals either, but this movie was awesome. It's Beatles music, which made it really cool.
I saw it completely blitzed. I had a bit of trouble following the story, but it was still awesome.

The cover of Dear Prudence was amazing. It was my favorite cover out of all of them.
