to the contrary, plants breathe in carbon dioxide, and release oxygen ... it is perfectly safe, and healthy, to sleep with your plants ... :smokin:

The c02 from our exhalations are slightly BENEFICIAL to plant growth.
Good luck:thumbsup:

If you sit next to your plant and breath heavily on it all day, your yield will increase.

I'm sure it will be fine. People are far removed from nature these days. Believe it or not, weused to sleep ON plants.

I was a biology major in college, long ago. During the day plants do "breathe" in carbon dioxide and give off pure oxygen. During the night, however, they do the opposite. This is where the old rumor that plants in the bedroom are bad for your health.
At night, plants actually take in a tiny amount of oxygen, not enough to cause you any health problems- far less than having another person in your room. Another human in the room would use up far more oxygen than any plant. And I don't think you worry about the amount of oxygen your girlfriend would use if she spent the night!
The only other problem might occur if you over-water your plants- you may get fungus or mold growing on the soil. These can be bad for people with allergies. But as long as you let the top of the soil dry out before you water your plants, you shouldn't have fungus or mold.
Do not worry so much! - Granny:hippy:

Sounds fine to me unless you used pesticides or something.

no opie i dont use any pesticide, is because of the smell that is to strong and make me think that could be bad for the health, but now i think is ok.
p.s. sometimes my room smell like a cannabis plants field.

Mine too. haha!!!
Except that I have usually 60+ plants within 10 feet of my bed.
For all intents and purposes I am sleeping in my grow room, rather than growing in my bedroom.

Unless your cannabis plants are nocturnally-hunting meat-eaters, enjoy your ZzzzZzzzZzzzz :) Otherwise, watch your butt!

What bugged me in the past was the lighting, 1000w, 24/0! Imagine sleeping with a HPS street light in your bedroom! I thought I was going crazy. <quack quack quack quack>

Holy crap, just turn the thing off for 8 hours. Believe it or not, plants need night time to process the stuff they took in during the day.
