How to determine size of Co2 Gen/Air Conditioner?

This is my first large scale grow ... I have 6 closet grows under my belt but thats about it.

I'm trying to determine what size Ac Unit and Co2 Generator I need for my new grow room.

The room is 12 x 10 and has 4 600w HPS and ts a basement grow so it stays relatvily cool.

The Co2 Generator, AC Unit, Ballasts and Outlets are all in a separate room from the plants to reduce heat.

Any one have a formula to figure out how many btu my AC needs or how big my Generator should be

For AC I use 3000 BTU's for each 1k of light.
