Hi, I am a pothead, I have been a pothead for 9 years now. The thing is I dont smoke expensive weed. My friends smoke crippie and thats like $20.00, I can roll two joints with that and I smoke that in two days, now with the reg's, I buy $10.00 and I get three joints and its lasts three days. My friends say that they get a better high off the crippie, but I dont. I get the exact same high. Does this happen to anyone else, they smoke a better strand of weed and get the same high as the lesser strand? Also, if you get the same high, would you spend more money?

crippy is alot better than regular weed, at least where I'm from. The reg's I get here are like some mid grade seeded buds, sometimes its not seeded but not often. crippy is way to expensive for me, if I always smoked that I would probably spend about $200 a week, and thats way to much for me, I always get like 80 bucks on weed weekly.... I guess it kinda sucks for people who don't grow or have money to clean their behinds with...

That's strange. I can tell the difference in taste and high of ever type of bud I smoke. They are all different, some are similar, but I've never had the same high from different strains. Cheap bud just tastes like ass and usually gives me a headache. Good bud burns clean and to a gray ash, usually has distince flavors in the smoke, and gives me a much stronger high. :)

-thats about damn right. also bad weed can makes me tired. good weed makes me pass out (with really heavy use).

I'm a Chronic head for sure... Much more enjoyable to smoke (less harshness, much better taste) and it gives me a much more energetic high... If I could keep my constupmtion down, I would spend less too, because I need less to get high... But I can't, so I am taking a sabatical from the reefer :)
BTW, chronic referes to hydro, or KB, or whatever you call it, not weed laced with coke... Around these parts anyhow...

i can always tell the difference, more expensive may not mean better, but no doubt crippy/dro/kb w/e u wanna call it, no doubt its 100x better to me at least, plus i dont have to use it for an hour

You do not get "the same exact high" with every type of weed.
You just may not be able to notice it. But the high is differant and obviously more powerful when smoking nuggs.
Sometimes you'll be on couchlock where you don't want to get up, sometimes you'll find things funny and be up and awake.

If it is some str8 up kill weed i'll spend the extra skrill for it str8 up. I don't really like smokin the same kind of weed all the time. I like smokin one kind for a week or so then switchin to a new kind.

Dude 2 joints last you 2 days? Well I don't do j's I do the ol' mystic bong but I think I do way more than 2 j's a day of the very kindest this great land of ours has to offer. I guess I blow about 2-3 hunnert a month on the herb.
Hell yeah there's a difference - the stuff my friends offer when I visit down in LA, street shake stuff, it doesn't even touch me. I bust-out mine and they're giggling like schoolgirls. ;)
