Flowering questions - Pictures

Hey, my 2 Plants started flowering about 2 weeks ago, and are looking pretty tasty. Just got a few worries:
1. The flowers seem to be growing pretty slowly. iv been using 2-8-8.5 fetiliser, which unfortunately is the only fertiliser i can get for the moment. And the first frost for my area in the UK is in about 3 or 4 weeks.
2. The leaves on one of my plants are going purple. Is this normal?

Ive tried to show this on the pictures but theyre a bit blurry.
Anyy feedback would be greatly appreciated. :jointsmile:

When plants are exposed to colder weather, their leaves will turn purplish.

yeah man,i have purple on mine thanks to our lovely climate,one of mine got clobbered by a tornado on sunday night!!!,turned out ok though,just flattened it a bit,though i have to say i'm surprised at how well mine have grown here in the uk,didn't expect them to come to much,yours look great

Cheers man, the tornados didnt hit my area luckily. Sucks that the sun has decided to fuck off though. When do the buds start fattening up?

well mine are starting to fatten a bit now,check my pics in my questions on outdoor growing post in here,i took a couple of recent close up-ish pics,i've been feeding a mixture of 8-34-32 and 10-36-12 every few days with molasses between feeds once a week,though my bigger plants share a pot with a couple of heavy feeders(basketball sized pumpkins)
