Well, this past weekend i made my first trip to the slammer.
It all started on friday when me and about 5 other friends were all meeting at my friends place in san antonio for a solid weekend of smoking. All of us went to high school together and now we go to different schools around texas but we all meet once a month somewhere and cheef all weekend. I go to school in galveston so it was a 4 hour drive there for me.
I got there about 5 and the weekend began. It was great, everyone had about a 1/4 of good weed and then i also brought some swig just to cheef on between blunts. Later that night we went to 2 different parties (both were pretty lame) and ended up just going back to my friends place to chill at about 12. We bought 3 30packs of keystone, a couple bottles of alcohol (vodka, tequilla etc.) and then invited some some people and chilled.
At about 4 we were all hammered and nicely blazed, me and friend were playin halo, 2 other people were finishing the beer on some beer pong, a couple chicks and some other people were plowing through the alcohol with shots and my other 2 friends were in a intense match of cs. Thats when reality hit.
While i was sittin there on the couch i turn and look right as the front door opens. Its a campus police bicycle cop. In front of me is a coffee table with 2 bongs, a gas mask, 2 grinders and a couple of empty beers. Behind me is the beer bong table with a nice beer can pyramid on top. The cop had all the evidence he needed right there to round us up and call for backup.
So he lines us up outside on the walkway and starts questioning. It doesn't take him long to figure out that the bag of weed on the table is mine. Somehow we had managed to go through everyone elses weed (2 of my friends weed was in there cars) and all that was left was mine. So he puts me in cuffs and takes me away.
To make a long story short, everyone that was there got something (MIP's, paraphernalia tickets, MIC's) but i was the lucky one to get possession. The cop has gained entry to the apartment because the door was left cracked open (dumbass move on our part) and because he could smell the smoke from the road where he was riding his bike (which was about 100ft away).
I went into custody at 4am and didn't get out until 11pm, luckily my bond wasn't too high (i only had about 2gs in the bag) and they got me out. There were alot of ways the whole thing could have been prevented, belive me i know so no fucking 12yrs olds on here give me anyshit. I guess the lesson learned here is don't throw parties in an on campus housing complex.
