is this acceptable? a bologna sandwich with 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 slices of fat free cheese, and one thin slice of I guess its beef bologna?

For breakfast, I have a Low Carb Slimfast shake or egg whites with one yolk.

my fruits that I enjoy the most are apples and bananas and grapes.

I generally like to get more protein so I eat lean beef and chicken. My breakfast shake and my South Beach Diet meal replacement bars. I like my beans, rice, and lettuce and carrots.

my main better bad meal would be chinese food. i just love chinese food! its really the sauce I like. but i generally get the chicken n broccoli meal without fried rice. i get a small pint and that will be a meal or 2 for me. i have chinese about 2x-3x a week.

this is just normally how I eat now. I just need to work on not eating past a certain time.

i go for 1+ mile walks about 3x a week with my female friend :)

my overall weight is about 209 lbs and I am around 5'11'' tall.

Bananas are excellent foods- lots of fiber, good for blood sugar stablization, and there's something about them that makes it seem like you're actually eating FOOD.

Bologna, not so much? It's a bit fatty unless you get the fat-free kind. I personally LOVE deli turkey. Egg whites are the shit!

Eat more bananas :D

Eat more bananas :Dyou know what, I had a banana last night and I swear to you that it tasted VERY good and did satisfy my hunger for a bit. I was pretty high at the time.

Pre-packaged foods are not that good for you. Loaded with salts and MSG's.

Ditch the processed cheese. Fat free doesn't mean it's better. It usually means it's replaced with chemical/artificial foods instead. Ditch cheese altogther if you want to lose weight.

Try oatmeal for breakfast. Drink more water. Eat fruits and salads, and if you want meat, buy it fresh or packaged as a whole, like ground beef for example. Avoid the pre-packaged sandwich meats and quick dinners.

Buy a LB of ground beef, fry it up and make spaggetti.

If you want sandwich meat, buy it from the deli section fresh and ask them to slice it up. Not the stuff vaccuum sealed in plastic.

Make sure you're eating brown rice. It's much better for you
