Ok so friday night this previous weekend i went to a friends and just chilled on a few bowls and smoked a few cigs, and eat a whole large bag of chettohs and a small bag of gold fish. well ok i go back to my place saturday morning and hang out cause i have off work for the day, well my bro gets off of work at 12 and he gets back and we go out and play some disc and meet up with an old friend and go to a pornshop with him to go pipe shopping. well on the way back in the car we smoke like 4 bowls out of this new piece.
ok all that is just leading up, like an hour after this i was at the park and i started to get intense heartburn and felt like i needed to lay down, well i was thirsty and i got up to walk to the bubbler at the park, and it hurt to try to stand up so im walking and i start to hear a loud ringing in my ears and my vision gets really like blurry its like im having a head rush from standing up but this was a while after i stood up this continued for like 5 seconds intill i finally found a place to sit down between where i was and the bubble, i sit down and now i am getting insane cold sweets and sweating imensly (its like 45 degress and im in a hoddy) well i then stand up and right as i feel to the ground and i think blacked out for a few seconds, at this point i get to my feet some how and my head is ringing my vision is fucked and my chest is in so much unbarable pain , so i get to the bubbler and get a drink, then i go in the bathroom and wash my face off, and well i go back to the bench and chill for a while and i feel much better
what the fuck was this? i have never had anything like this, dont have Acid reflux and i get heart burn hardly any? could it have been the large portion of chettohs that gave me heartburn? could i have had some minor hear attack? please help if you can or if you can relate to this story please do so

Sounds like a serious head rush to me.
Try drinking more water, and then smoke another bowl.

I don't know what you described is heartburn nor do I think it was a heart attack. It sounds like from your description the "heartburn" went away after chilling on the bench so if that is what you are saying then I wouldn't say that is heartburn. Did it feel like you were breathing fire or was it more of a sharp pain or a crushing pain or a tightness or radiating pain?
Do tell more but food can cause heartburn but I wouldn't say Cheetos would be. It has a lot of artifical cheese flavoring (which is delicious!) which may have some calcium (calcium can cause an increase in stomach acid) but more common foods that cause heartburn are citric foods or juices, tomato based foods, spicy foods, chocolate, things that are acidic.

You know cigs aren't good for heart burn or acid reflux, it can make it worse.

Sounds serious. You should see a doctor. I have acid reflux, let me tell you the things that aggravate it: greasy food, spicy food, eating late at night, smoking cigs (don't know about weed), caffeine, and going to sleep right after you eat a big meal.

i dont think im going to see a doctor now i think i can wait on it, i will go for sure if it happens again, since in this case it could have been any number of things, aside from the fact i was really baked, i wouldn't want to tell the doc that. But if i have acid reflux that will fuckin suck. i will keep you guys updated if i find anything out
thanks

Jake, when you take a hit, and feel the smoke enter your mouth, stop it and breathe out your nose. You may be trapping air, and disrupting your diaphragm.

OK..... i was going to post this too!!!!. I have just recently started smoking again. I stopped due to a whole heap of tests that I had to have done. I started smoking 4 nights ago and I have hit the joints pretty hard. I have noticed that I am getting REALLY sick now. Almost flu like symptoms and heartburn from hell. I Dont need to know what to do. I am going to stop smoking for a little while longer and work my way back up to being able to smoke as much as I want..... Has anyone else had this problem???? if so how long until you noticed that it was getting better and what else can cause the heart burn.... I dont really eat shitty foods Im quite ok with my diet..

I have extreme gastroesophogeal reflux, and I use cannabis to relieve the pain. Heartburn refers to the sensation, acid reflux disease is the condition.

The terms are synonymous, basically. Acid reflux (gastro-esophageal reflux disease, or GERD) causes a feeling of burning and pain in the esophagus very close to where the heart is. Sometimes when people are having bad GERD they can think they're having heart attacks or heart pain and vice versa, too. Acid reflux is the disease name and heartburn is more a description of the symptoms it causes, but they basically refer to the same thing.
