GE bright stick, grow and show?

I recently found a GE grow and show bright stick at a garage sale. It looks like a vary simple light and from what ive read on the internet it is a 33watt plant light Fluorescent Fixture, I was just wandering if plants would do well under it, and if they do how many? also any additional information that anyone has heard of about this light and lights like it would be very helpfull!

well 33w may do a single plant through the start of veg. you will need atleast another one to get it any further.

no, don't get it
i bought 2 of them at $40CAD for both and it stretched my tiny seedlings waaay too much
and yes, the light was in their face, like tip to bulb literally

DON'T bother with these, total waste of time
