Just planted

New to growing and just planted five seeds i found in my droor in miracle gro and a stiraphome cup (20 oz.) its a big cup and put them outside and plan on moving them to bigger pots but this is what i had for now i watered them and everything what else should i do?

You should try & germinate with some paper towels indoors - go to the FAQ setion on the best way to germinate.

it doesnt get cold until MAYBE november and my plants should be done in november hopefully and if not then its not gonna fuck it up to try

I dont think they have time to vegetate. I sprouted one on Aug 1, and it has just started to bud. Its only 2 ft tall, and it wont be ready until the end of Nov. Good luck next year.

okiay i just moved my plants into my attic im hoping that its cool enough up their for it they are still in the sun but i dont konw if this is enough light to grow plants ii will try to get pics ....; its just as hot in my attic as it is outside though and as hot as in the summer does anyone have any suggestions that could help me i do plan on putting lights up their if i can find a way .... their are no plug in things does anyone konw any way i could do that besides extension cords

to be honest with you, you need to have all that setup BEFORE you plant. Do you know anything about the attic besides:
1) its dark
2) its above most people walking by

Seriously, you need to get an electrician to come up and put in some electrical plugs, make sure you can actually have the light setup there without burning down your house. Then you need to think about air extraction, but you also have to think about where the intake of air is gonna be, you gonna take outside air or just stage air? What about the mold, dust, spiders, any other critters (mice, cats, etc) What is the normal temp day AND night, what is the humidity for both? This is not just something you can throw in dirt and watch grow......

What you need to do is put that plant back in your closet with a lamp and CFL from walmart so that plant can survive.... THEN you need to do some SERIOUS RESEARCH. Things like this are very important, i dont want to come across as being mean or anything, but you really need to take everything that you heard from "a friend" and throw it out.

More than happy to answer your questions and all, but please, please, please do some research first.....

yea i know that and i have done research and im only 14 i dont knw that much about planting except that it was outside and i was told by people on here that i need to move it indoors

actually your plant will do great outside on the back porch, so go place it there, and then get your parents to help you find out if it indica or sativa

Growing is all about photoperiod (length of light/dark). You have missed the natural vegetative cycle that the sun gives us. You will have to use artificial lights or give up until next spring.

Take that plant, and show your parents, they need to know what they have in their house.

Go into the attic before that plant starts to REEK (and it WILL REEK!) ... and throw it away. If they find it ( and they WILL when it starts to REEK) then YOU"RE screwed. If the cops somehow find it your PARENTS are screwed.

Not to be condensending..but you're too young to be making that kind of decision.

Wait untill you're 18, move out, and grow it in YOUR house. Or better yet, get a hobby and dont start in the first place!
