What kind of paint?

I wanna use white paint to coat my grow box walls, what type should i get, like high gloss or what? Its a rubbermaid storage bin btw.

It should be flat white. You might have a little trouble getting regular paint to stick to the Rubbermaid. "Krylon" brand spray paint has some products that stick to plastic pretty well. You probably can't find flat white spray paint, but if you get some Krylon undercoat paint that is made to adhere to plastic, any old flat white house should adhere to the undercoat.
