OK, first off - thank you SOOO much to the knowledgable people that post and moderate this board!!!! Usual story: got a good job offer, I love to 'partake', and wasnt sure how I was going to beat the wizz quiz. I started researching and found this board. After reading as much as I could I 86ed the idea of dilution and went full force with the substitution method. I read that Quick Fix is the best, so I went and bought that. Then I needed tighty whities - went and bought them. I read that practice and tempature more than anything are most important - so I practiced and did many tests to determine time and temp. Well, today was the day! My test was held at LabCorp.....maaaaaaan I lucked out. The chick that took my sample was covered in tats (as am I), wouldn't shut up (chick just kept yapping about every little damn thing), and didn't seem to care one way or another if my pee "smelled right", "looked right", or was even the right temp for Christ's sake!!!! I should play the damn lottery tonight!!!

So now comes the part where you guys all tell me that I should stop worrying about it, and that if I got passed the collector that I as good as passed. The company doesn't want me to start until Wednesday - assuming I passed the test. So I suppose if I hear nothing on Monday or Tuesday, that means they got the all clear from LabCorp and I will start Wednesday. So what do you guys think? Am I good? Should I spend the next few days celebrating and rejoicing? Or is there still that chance I'm screwed?

As soon as I get the results I will be sure to post them as well as EXACTLY what I did and how I did it....assuming I passed of course....why would guys want to know what I did to FAIL?!?!?!?!

Again, thanks to all - smoke em if ya got em!! Time for a cheeseburger and a toke!!! :eat: :bonghit:

I love quick fix, it is a life saver. I am with the others in getting some more quick fix to keep on hand for those little surprise tests they love to give you. I know I have had two and I haven't even worked at this company for a year. So yea, never be without your quick fix, it rocks.:jointsmile:

Thanks all - just the reassurance I was looking for. And I agree it can't possibly be a bad idea to keep some on hand in my car and maybe even another at the house. The testing facility they use (LabCorp) is just down the street from home, and now that I know the staff at this particular site is so relaxed its all about temp. 10 seconds in the nuker - 5 minutes at room temp for it to go down to exactly 100 degrees - in the crotch from there and I then have anywhere from 1 to 2 hours with 98 - 96 degree sample. Hell at this point I may just go buy up a nice 5 box stock every 2 years. DAMN THIS BOARD IS PRICELESS!!!! Off to enjoy my next few days of freedom in style
