New to Growing Need HELP!!!

Hi i just started a grow in the closet. I have two florestent lights on them i have 4 little babies rite now growing. i put them in the soil on sept. 3 and they are on a 24 hour light. i was wondering what nutrients i should use and if i should up grade the lights and if i should change lights to 18/6 thanks
