I have a new laptop with vista and I'm ripping all my CD's into it, but some of the burnt off one won't go. It just says "CD is blank" which isn't true. Anyone know why and how to fix it? They worked fine in my old computer, which I no longer have, so I can't tranfer from there.

Rip using CDex - SourceForge.net: Downloading ... (http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?groupname=cdexos&filename=cdex_151.exe&use_mirror=ovhit's) excellent and is Vista compatible (for a change !!)
It has it's own online, automatic database, to automatically name tracks & artist etc
Make sure, if ripping to MP3, (preferred) you select at least 160 bit rate and I find the best encoder to use is the one called "Lame"

Any help needed, ask me, it's my job :)
