View Full Version : Help with my new pipe.
Hi guys,
I'm a fairly new smoker and I made the decision to buy a pipe because after seeing how much weed my friend and I saved with his. However, the problem is, (this is hard to explain without pictures and I don't have a camera available) the pipe doesn't really have a hole where the smoke goes into the chamber, rather, its more of a tube that expands. (Further explaination: It lacks a bowl shape, the whole thing is kind of a tube.)
The question is, how can I prevent the weed from falling/getting sucked into the rest of the pipe?

Sounds like a chillum maybe? Does it look sort of like this? And no need to be an ass (to the poster above me)

Hmm, maybe get a screen to put in the way? Pack really big bowls? Idk, I'm sure there's a way to make it work.
I won't be to a headshop in a while, so I'm thinking I'll just jam something in the bottom of the bowl to stop it from getting sucked in.
Not to sure what to use for that though..

i made a screen using the screen from my bathroom faucet, just pop it out with a knife, cut it down, jam/mold it inside
i see a lot of people saying old ear bud headphones works well but i haven't tried it yet

if you cant get the pipe to work you can always use it as a cool twisty straw
Interesting idea, hang on, I'm going to see if I have some old headphones lying around..
