Quick question

If I hold my hits in for as long as humanly possible will it look like almost nothing is coming out when I exhale?
The last time I smoked this happened every hit but I was gooone not long after

when nothing comes out you have ghosted the hit. you really only need to hold it in for 5 seconds to get 90%+ thc out of the smoke you inhale, but if your wanting to keep the smell down, ghosting, and a doob tube are your best friends.

ya it fucks up your lungs..but it gets you wayyy high! and ur smoking weed as it is your already ruining your lungs..
