How much magnification do I need to properly view the tricombs (sp) . I had thought it was 10x but I didn't want to buy anything until I hear from you all thanks.

I think those radio shack ones run 10x to 60x if I'm not mistaken. That should be plenty for you. :)

I use a 30X loupe.Some people like a 100X
