Donuts thread! Share your donut experiences. I have a few.
I was at WaWa (gas station/deli) last night, getting some coffee for my co-workers, and there are all these cop cars there. Each cop, when I walked in, had a bakery bag full of assorted donuts. I had to hold my laughter back soooo badly. When they all left, the cashier, deli guy, and stocker and I looked at each other, and burst out laughing...
Another donut story!
I was in Seattle this August (Hempfest!) and I was with my cousin, a Seattlite, at Pike Place market, and near the fish markets, there's this stand where they make FRESH mini-donuts- like powdered sugar, cinnamon, plain, ect. SMELLED GREAT. Needless to say, we were stoned, so we got in line to buy a bag of these donuts and a pint of milk. When we got them, oh geeze, I had an orgasm in my mouth- they were utterly phenominal! Still hot, VERY VERY soft and sweet, oh geeze. I wanna go back!
Last one!
I go to Dunkin Donuts at night sometimes for my coworkers, and I got a box of 25 munchkins... He then proceeded to give me two 50 boxes of munchkins for FREE. And they weren't crusty or old or stale, they were fresh! I loved it!
SHARE YOUR DONUT EXPERIENCES.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts - Allrecipes (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Crispy-and-Creamy-Doughnuts/Detail.aspx)
Idk my only one is a friend of mine who gave me money at the beginning of the month and I got got him some dro whenever I'd pick up. Anyway the way id give it to him is through the crispy Creams drive through. In a cup with trash protruding from the top. AHHH I'd text him when I was on the way so when I got to him he had fresh donuts waiting. Damn he quit that job but to this day I drool for those donuts.

the dunkin donuts down the street from me leaves their trash bag filled with leftovers out front. its nice to smoke a bowl and walk down there so you have something to eat by the time the munchies kick in. alot of times ill bring the leftovers to food not bombs since for the most part swiss chard wont cut it for the homeless population of new haven.

I remember the first time I ate a Krispy Kreme. It was the raised donut with that oooy, gooey, sweet creme filling and I thought I died and went to heaven. I thought it was the best thing I ever ate in my life. Pure ecstasy!!
I still like them, but nothing will ever match that very first one!

In the '80's I lived in Berkeley CA for a while.
There was a donut shop in Durant Center, where we would go at midnight, when the apple fritters were fresh out of the grease, and being glazed.

My dog loves munchkins.
But they are bad for her.
So she can only have them very rarely.
And she has no opposable thumbs to drive herself down to DD.
I, on the other hand, can have munchkins whenever the hell I please.

:( I gave up sweets for a year last night. I did however indulge in the divine source of nourishment which is the donut. It was hot and gooey but most importantly delicious.......I miss it already

Mmm... Crueller donuts are the SHIT.
Krispy Kreme are a bit too sugary for my tastes, but I can't resist a hot one from the conveyor belt...

When Krispy Kreme came to the Dallas-Fort Worth area a few years back, it was a big deal, It was an especially big deal to my husband, who loves doughnuts of any kind. We'd always been to Krispy Kreme on our travels, and he was totally jazzed about its debut in our community. When the local newspaper announced that Krispy Kreme would hold its grand opening on whatever date it opened, Dave read that article and said "I'm so pumped about that store I almost have a hard-on!"
The week the place opened, there was so much business in the mornings that there were two-mile traffic lines and it was impossible to get served. So I picked up a dozen glazed for him one evening. I got the bedroom all candlelit and seductive, waited until I heard his car in the driveway, and then draped myself suggestively on the bed with a doughnut on each breast and a third in fig leaf position. He loved that.
Krispy Kremes are too sweet for me, too, Purple B. I literally get sugar sick when I eat them. I like cake-style doughnuts or homemade ones rolled in cinnamon sugar.

Theres a speedway down the street from my house that i went to multiple times a day for a year, used to get alcohol and tobacco there when i was underage, and by a few months ago, i was getting free slushies and krispy kremes every night. so one night i go in, its like 2:30 in the morning, i just take a bag of donuts nod to the cashier and walk out, apparently a cop thought i was shoplifting and followed me out and confronted me, i told him what was up and he didnt believe me, so i just gave him the donuts and he said deal and left me alone lol. corrupt pigs.

A girl in my english class senior year brought donuts one random Friday. I was blazed and I seriously almost krispy kremed in my pants. She will forever be remembered.
