Well, just to be clear, what exactly are sheep, wolves, and sheepdogs? I mean I already have a good idea, just want it straight from you before I say. :)
EDIT: Never mind, friend. I'm a sheepdog. Untitled (http://www.blackwaterusa.com/btw2004/articles/0726sheep.html)
A liberal sheepdog.

On Sheep, Wolves, and Sheepdogs - Dave Grossman (http://hobbes.ncsa.uiuc.edu/onsheepwolvesandsheepdogs.html)
sheepdog. i served.
"Then there are sheepdogs," he went on, "and I'm a sheepdog. I live to protect the flock and confront the wolf."
If you have no capacity for violence then you are a healthy productive citizen, a sheep. If you have a capacity for violence and no empathy for your fellow citizens, then you have defined an aggressive sociopath, a wolf. But what if you have a capacity for violence, and a deep love for your fellow citizens? What do you have then? A sheepdog, a warrior, someone who is walking the hero's path. Someone who can walk into the heart of darkness, into the universal human phobia, and walk out unscathed

That's very awesome, SC! It's so good to see someone who's seen so much and given so much back to the community that is pro-pot. I've read through your posts and very much like the kind of person you are. Kudos to granny Storm Crow!

This too ridiculous to join. How can you define a person by these parameters. I believe humans are much more than the sum of these three parts. sometimes you are a sheep, sometimes you are a wolf and sometimes you are a compassionate human being that gives a fuck about the other humans on the planet, what does that make you?

I refuse to be labeled. Yeah, I served in the Navy (as an Electrician's Mate), but I hate violence and wonder why, in this day and age, why war isn't a thing of the past.
Nowadays I'd rather spend my time doing volunteer work and giving to charity.
I also hate labels. They only divide people further, and frankly, like Medicinal said, you can't define a human by a few simple parameters. Humans are much more than that.

We all have more of a leaning to one thing or the other, general make up of the human animal makes us that way.
I am a prime alpha hunter and therefore more wolf than sheep even though I would kill to protect myself and my own giving me elements of the sheepdog I am still more wolf than any of the others.
Sheep are the mindless fools who question nothing and blindly follow and I know enough of them.
