Military Drug Test

I have a question, I'm about to join the the air force nation guard, im gonna take my asvab test next week on tuesday and then probably next friday im gonna take my physical, does anybody know what kind of test they do? I smoked for about amonth, but i only smoked about a bowl a day or a little more and i just quit last week, I work out like everyday and drink alot of water and take vitimin B complex im 5'9 and about 190 pounds. Do u guys know of anything that can help me get it out of my system quicker and does anybody know if they take hair test or anything like that? do u think i'll pass? please let me know what i can do. thanks

I'm sure they do a blood test, though I don't know if thats the primary test for control substances... I'd say start cleaning up now, your gonna have to sooner or later anyways :confused:

get to a sauna a few days in a row and sweat like Cool Hand Luke. Drink green tea from now until then (it contains polyphenols and helps your liver produce more enzymes which metabolize drugs). Take lots of vitamin C. the B-complex is only useful if the B3 it contains is nicotinic acid and not niacinamide. Eat LOTS of garlic. Garlic helps both phases of the body's detox system.

No they do not do a blood test. I was in the Marines for 5 years and I'm pretty familiar with the tests. It is a standard piss test, but you have to be very careful to pass. #1. Check out www.whizzinator.com, as the tests are monitored
by a designated "dickwatcher". this thing has a prosthetic penis and uses synthetic urine. Pretty expensive but well worth it when you consider the alternative outcomes. #2 don't fool around with detox cleansing formulas and drinks. They NEVER work for these tests as the levels of detection are set to show positive results for microscopic amounts of THC or anything else for that matter. #3 you may or may not have to take a test at the initial military processing place (MEPS) but you will definately be tested within a couple of hours of arriving at boot camp. Unfortunately those that pop positive won't be found out for about 3 weeks, as the military is slow to process the tests and this may mean you'd be in boot camp sweating your ass off and then all of a sudden 3-4 weeks later get summarily kicked out for failing a drug test....... and nobody wants that. good luck, you picked a bad time to join the military though. Screw George Bush and all his right wing cronies.

you should give yourself at least 3 weeks of clean time if you want to pass without taking alternative measures. Exercise alot and really sweat out the shit, but no less than 14 days or you will be screwed. you know, it's almost impossible to continue smoking in the military, so don't get used to doing this or you will get royally screwed.

I too went to meps just recently for a physical(this time last year), they do have a guy watching you piss but they also draw blood, now, im not sure which is for what but if Im right I think the blood test is to make sure you dont have AIDS or any other disease and the piss test is for drugs and other bs.....not sure but ive experienced it first hand and just wanted to share my insight(I got out before they could trap me) :cool: FUCK BUSH! I wont go fight to make his pockets fat, ITS AN OIL WAR!

Yeah the blood test isn't tested for drugs. The urine test is mostly for the drug detection.

he was tested (piss test) when he was tested. He was only tested randomly when he went back into the civilian world as a reservist. They will test continually however...

Also, I have used the #1 product...I am a female, so never the fake penis, but I used the product meant for women about 3 weeks ago and I passed with flying colors...there is a "dickwatcher" though...my husband confirmed that...
