On august 5 I caught on fire. I had 2nd and 3rd degree burns on 20% of my body and this is the first time i've been on the pc since then! WoOhooO I'm back on the pc.

Anyways, my friend caught me on fire by throwing a match next to a can of paint thinner

I can't imagine what that must have been like. Here's to hoping that things return to normal for you. In the meantime, let the fire catch your weed and your weed only.

yea it does suck.. my cousin was on fire a few years ago... it literally scarred his life, it was a gasoline incident. Least he's back to normal he's a good kid

Yeah, I still don't have much skin but it's getting there. It doesn't hurt bad anymore, not even when i change the bandages(worst part of being burnt) I'm walking now and everything is back to normal except i have wraps on both my legs up to my knees. Nothing could compare to this pain ever. Morphine and laratabs wouldn't even fully stop the pain. I got high a lot during the healing. I personally think weed help me a lot. I had kidney failure and couldn't keep any food down. I'd throw up water or any type of liquid also, but when I got high I could and being high made me happy. You can't understand how miserable it was. I think the pain medicine eventually made the depression even worse. But yeah Hooray for cannabis. It did make my legs feel tingly which wasn't really enjoyable but it was nothing i couldn't ignore

So sorry about those burns, Bigmoneyme. That's awful. This is why mothers tell people not to play with matches, much less when there's paint thinner nearby.

Glad you're on the mend. I'm going to move this to our Medicinal Cannabis and Health area. We have a wonderful member here on the boards, Xcrispi, who suffered whole-body full-thickness burns and lived to tell about it. Y'all should get to know each other!

Peace bro. ,
Welcome to the boards ,
Glad to see there is more pos. minded survivors . Never "Burn Victims" :( always "Burn Suvivors" :D = Living proof that "Shit Happens" .

You might catch "5-0 Addict" on here now and again too . I think he's about 45-50% 3rd. degree . I was 100% - 90% of it 3rd. degree .

Are you all done w/ grafting yet ? My least fav. part was all the itching from healing . I still have open wounds 6.5 years later . No pain meds. for me anymore , my kidneys shut down too .

Ever wanna kik it off the boards or have any q's I'm always around here somewhere.

Peace bro.

LOL i have never caught on fire, but i almost did a couple times, first i was being dumb and lit my skateboard on fire, one of my shoes caught fire i guess but i kicked it off before it did any damage to me... another time i was about to go to shell and went to speedway instead, and as i was walking out with my 44 ounce slushie and hot dogs i saw a car run into a gas pump at the shell and the thing exploded... i saw the whole thing from about 100 feet away, and this guy was lucky as all hell, the car rebounded back and he just got out and ran haha, im lucky i didnt go there tho i guess cuz it ended up being a big fire and stuff...

Man, that sucks that you caught on fire. Glad to hear you're healing up and got some herb to deal with the pains.
