Hi everyone,
I've read just about every thread here, you guys really know your stuff. I just have a few clarifying question that I would REALLY appreciate some answers for.
Just to start, here are my stats: I'm a 5'4 female weighing about 135. I smoked regularly for 2 months but will be clean 3 weeks this friday when I have a lovely pee test.
I read all of the dilution methods and did a test run yesterday (although I couldn't seem to find a home-test at my local pharmacy so it was just to see how water+vitamins worked). I drank LOTS of water throughout the day and my voides got progressively clearer. I took 1, 250 mg B-12 vitamin 2 hours before my test would be on friday and kept drinking water but my voids continued to be clear. Thinking I must not have not taken enough, I took 2 more 250mg B-12 but still my urine was as clear as water.
1. Did I take the wrong vitamin (should I get B-2 instead)? and how much should I take in order to get good color without making me sick?
2. Will eating red meat and fish (will sushi do?) for a few meals before be enough to bring up my creatine?
3. Advil/Tums/etc. Are they nessissary/how do they help (I looked but couldn't find the answer to this)
4. I can if ABSOLUTELY necessary put off the test another week, the thing is a friend of mine who I haven't seen in a long time is coming hom this weekend and we planned to smoke (I know this is very selfish but you know how it is). Should I wait or do all you experts think I have a decent shot at passing through dilution?

I know you get a million of these threads but again I'd really appreciate a response before tomorrow. It always seems most important and origianl when it's your test coming up huh?

Thanks so much!

Did you even bother reading the dilution sticky all the way through.

Water is not the preferred liquid. There are specific amounts of fluid to consume. You don't want to over do this if you already have 3 weeks clean and risk getting a negative dilute. B-12 is the wrong vitamin. If your sushi contains 6-8 ounces of meat then maybe. It isn't advil, it is aspirin and you should use it and the tums/rolaids.

As far as whether or not to smoke with your friend that is on you. Try to find a home test somewhere else because they are out there if you want to know whether to delay or not. If you aren't subbing you better waitfor the results.

Alright thank you, I did read the sticky but I've been on other sites as well and so got mixed up, my apologies. Am I missing a thread explaining the reason behind the use of aspirin?

Here is a quote from one of FBR's posts, it's in the thread about passing for three days and failing on the fourth day. Read that whole thread it has a lot of good info.

This is the part that explains the reason to take aspirin...
"If you are close to passing but a little over the cutoff taking aspirin can interfer with one brand of immunoassay(the first half of a lab test) test, EMIT. You can't know which brand the lab is using so you take it anyway because it can't hurt."

Thanks Fredisgood, that makes sesne.
Just an update: I took a home test and it was negitive so I think I'm in good shape. I'll definitely follow the drinking regimen and aspiren though just to make sure.

Another thing that you will read a lot here from the pro's is to test first pee of the day because it's the dirtiest. But I know how it is when you buy a test... hard to wait...want to know now.
Good luck girl!
