Here are the details:
# Had been using a regular fert all the way through to budding at NPK 6:3:12

# Moved on to using Bio Bloom at 2:6:3.5 when it started to flower, as some leaves started yellowing. This was about 2 weeks ago.

#Leaves have continued to yellow - help!! I have stopped all ferts for the past week, and have been using plain tap water for about 3 - 4 waterings.

#The soil has not been over watered, as the leaves are not droopy, and I usually let the soil go nearly dry before watering again.

# I read on another forum that as they flower, the leaves will yellow up as the plant uses the leaf nutes for the flowering? True?

# It is a sativa type(Purple Haze) - which I know is not a good choice for a newbie's first grow, but you live & learn..

# I am in the South East UK

All help really appreciated, as I will be gutted to have got this far, with some really nice potential buds, then to fall at the last hurdle..

THANKS ALL IN ADVANCE ;)

Can you check your ph levels and post up the results along with details of the growing medium?

Also, plain tap water isn't the best idea, are you letting it stand at least overnight to let the chlorine etc evaporate?

Most important - Don't panic there's a lot of very experienced growers on this site who can help you back on track, and overall you look to have a great crop!

Congratulations.

Ya, check the PH. You can get a test kit for cheap at the local hardware store. There is also a link in the plant problems section that helps to diagnose problems...I think weedhound posted it. It's the best one I've seen on the net!

Looks like you have a pH issue that is locking out micronutrients.
Check and adjust the water you use to wate ryour plants based on the results of the test.
For example, if the test shows your soil is 7.5, your next watering should be with a solution that is about 6.0.
In the meantime, you may foliar feed your plants with a complete fert that has micronutes in it. I see you are in the UK; I believe that you will be able to find a product called Algoflash, whcih is a micronutrient supplement that I like to use as a foliar feed for deficient plants.

See, I knew that sooner or later 'stinky the wise' would appear and bless you with words of wisdom. That girl has mystical powers. Some say she only has to sing to the beans to make them bear fruit.

My work here is done.
Good job people

You guys are, seriously, right out of the top drawer..

Off out to get a PH kit now, and the Algoflash as recommended.

I'll post the details / pics / progress as I get them.

Can't thank you all enough.

Last hint, if those are in pots, flsuh them well before re-feeding.
