ok so its my first time growing seriously and would like some feed back. right, here goes, i'm just growing 1 plant so i'm building a sealed growbox 2'x2'x8' from mdf. allowing 1.5' for my bato bucket drip feeder, the same for my lamp, and up to 6' for the plant. for lighting im thinking of 2x200w envirolites and 4x48" flouro's (1 in each corner) the vent system will be quite basic and for co2 as its a relative small space, a generator would ba a bit ovr the top and was wondering about any suggestions. was thinkin of maybe a keorsene burner or would the fumes be to much on my baby?????
all feedback a big help especially on the co2 situation

i think a kerosene burner creates co2.. imo i wouldn't use that. i don't think that the co2 would be that bad from just one plant.. just remember to give it fresh air or better yet stick an air purifier inside the grow room

first, be careful with only one plant, remember that if it turns out male the whole operation was bust. femanized seeds helps prevent that however, sometimes plants can run into problems like disease, parasites, and other misc. problems. I would go with at least two plants.
As far as CO2 goes, a simple box fan will provide plenty of air for your babies, just don't forget to make an intake as well as a vent (only one fan required, it sounds stupid but it has been forgotten before).
For lights look into some CFL's, the spiral fluorescents that fit into a typical socket and you can buy really convenient clip on work light sockets with reflectors. They are probably the best option in fluorescent lighting available for growers. Remember to check the lumens, it should be marked on the box. Sylvania just came out with a new 65 watt CFL, go to Menard's (the best source IMO for CFL's) and check some out. If you Mylar the interior it will distribute the light very effectively.
Good luck, hope I could help.

Kerosene burners also produce Carbon monoxide and should never be used indoors or in any confined space without purpose-built ventilation.
CO2 does not come FROM your plant; your plant needs it to grow.
An air purifier neither creates nor uses CO2.
Anyway for one plant or even a couple, and a first grow, forget CO2. You need to optimize all other conditions. If you would like to use it anyway, a yeast and sugar generator is safest for a small room.

Why not 4 'good' flouros standing up in each corner?..like 4ft T5's or something.
imho...CO2 won't make a lick of difference if you will be venting the box in any way. If it's 100% sealed...look into the yeast method of production I guess.

dont use mdf partical board if it gets wet it ruins, use plywood its more durable and about same price
if you goin to use 400wats worth of 200x2, i would try for a 250hps and use the 4' tubes as your blue supplement for vegg. either way you go on lights you will need decent exhaust
