Hops. I got the idea from a thread of Stinky's on the subject.
I'm on a break from the herb this week, so I thought I'd try a couple of bowls of hops before bed to help me sleep.
So a grabbed a few hops from downstairs, and gave them a munch up in my grinder. Packed my little glass bong and hit 2 bowls.
I can definitely feel a pronounced effect. I feel calm, rather sedate and tranquil. I think hops are the ideal anti-anxiety smoke.
I recommend hops to anyone taking a break from ganja or if you're having trouble sleeping. :thumbsup:
