I guess it would be ok to put them into 12/12 they would probably do a little more growing before showing sex.

You could, But, By looking at it and from what my girlfriend tells me.. that looks to be about Six Inches... You would be better off tying the plant down and letting it grow a little more and then flower..
Good luck!

if u have the room, give em about 3 - 4 more weeks before flowering
let em bush out a bit more, it'll pay off come harvest time ;)

The answer to your question depends a lot upon the strain, how it grows, and how much room you have to grow in.

i would let them go a bit longer
if they are 1ft now they will be approx 3ft by harvest
this has always kept me on track

funny you should say that cos i grew one cutting from my last 2 plants and kept it cut back with less bud sites ,And the buds are much bigger than its mothers ,but less (as i said )of them.

the strain is euphoria from dutch passion
my last effort was blueberry ,
which came out really good, very uniform and christmas tree like ,which is slightly better for me as i am restricted to about 4ft in height including the light "supa nova 600w hps" take a look at this pic cos this is what i am trying to achieve.
