Amazing grace. On bagpipes. Highland pipes, not those cheesy little ones with the elbow bellows. I want to go out in STYLE, dammit.

I'm actually like looking forward to my funeral, which sounds kinda weird. Cuz like, I just like to have fun, ya know? And I'm gonna have fun with my funeral. Cuz I think you should, like it's your last party on earth, ya know? It's like-- I think you should like spice it up. Ya know, like a got a couple things I'm gonna do. First thing I'm gonna do for my funeral is I'm gonna have like a chunk of money, and send it off to some random celebrity, and have em show up at my funeral. Like save up like five grand just for this, ya know. Be like "Here's five grand," mail it off to some celebrity, like-- like John Stamos from Full House. Just totally random. Uncle Jessie. Remeber Uncle Jessie on Full House? He's like "Hey!" like the cool guy? Just be like "Here's five grand. All you have to do--keep the money--just fly to my funeral, show up, cry, and leave. That's it, that's all you have to do. Just show up, cry, that's it. You don't have to talk to anybody or anything." I just think it'd be great to see all my friends and family at my funeral like "Oh my God, I can't believe he's dead, man! He's dead! It's just not right, man! It's just not right.. .... .... Hey, is that John Stamos? Wha-- what is he doing here? ... Did Nick know John Stamos? Oh my God, he's really crying!... Were they brothers? Was Nick's last name Stamos?"

And the other thing at my funeral is I'm gonna have a closed casket, like in the church. It's gonna be closed so people will think that my body will be in there, heh... but it won't be! My body will come down on wires! It'll just come down, just hang down. And then I'll hit the lights out and hit it with the strobe light and then techno music. ....Just swinging out over my family. Just seeing my mom like "what the hell is that?! What kind of stuff was Nick involved in? Oh my God.â??Nick Swardson

"Great Gig In The Sky"- Pink Floyd

I freaking LOVE that song.

This one funeral I went to, the guy who died was in the casket with jeans, t shirt, and flip flops with sunglasses on, and all kinds of great classic rock was playing- that was the BEST and most fun funeral I've ever been to. Everyone was happy, and CELEBRATING his life instead of mourning the loss. His wife who was still alive said it was so much easier to have a funeral where people were so upbeat and supportive.

Food was great, too!

That would definately be style, it's actually quite a beautiful song when done well on the pipes, haunting... they played it at my grandpas funeral, and had I been able to cry, Im sure I would have during that song

If I were to die like right now..

Aphex Twin - "Girl/Boy Song"

Boards of Canada - "Dayvan Cowboy"

Mogwai - "Freind of the Night"

Pink Floyd - "The Great Gig In The Sky"

Squarepusher - "Everyday I Love"

I will have the songs ;

Wonderful world - Louis Armstrong

Wish you were here - Pink Floyd

House of Pain - Jump Around

im also planning to have my funeral a couple of days before i die (if possible of course) that way i won't have to pay for a party that i'll miss, and i can give away all my stuff to avoid people arguing over the will. Im also considering a viking longboat funeral sevice.

I'd like to start the bash off by playing:

1) Canned Heat - Let's Work Together
..then..
2) Dethklok - Thunderhorse (I highly recommend the people that are into METAL to download this song)
3)Coldplay - The Scientist... errr Eminem - Kim
4)Hatebreed - Last Breathe
5)Lamb of God - Laid to Rest
Thennnn the funeral Weed Fetchers would bring in the tables overloaded with bud.. All different kinds, bongs, pipes, papers. Rolled joints, and blunts are already rolled just lying all over.
Once this party has begun, we mellow out with some:
6)Lil' Wayne - I Feel Like Dying
7)-30) Various Marley, KMK, Cypress Hill, & other smoking artist's tracks.

Then repeat beginning with #6.

What a relaxing, fun, non-sad party, celebrating the after life of ME!

Note this is just an imaginative experience. My real funeral will probably not have these actions initiated. I don't even want to think about this stuff seriously for a LONG, LONG time.

..but I thought it was fun creating a fake funeral soundtrack.

Toke on tokers, toke on! :hippy:

i'd like So What - Metallica played for me at my funeral for all the atrocities and the thing i've done to piss people off.. just a final fuck you to them hahahhhaha

okay, on a more serious note, i'd like Hurt by NIN to be played. would definately make people around cry, even if they came to fulfill their formalities.
