My dad found some weed that accidently fell in water and was no good, so i threw it in his toilet... he found it, and he wasn't happy, at all. So he told me that he found a plant in his toilet ( he knows it's weed ) and that he wants to have a SERIOUS talk with me. I'm scared, because i don't wanna be caught. I have a ounce in my room, and i would hate to lie to him that i don't have more weed. I want to tell my parents that i do smoke weed, without having them ruining my life by grounding me and basically punishing me for trying to relax.

Please help Me! I have only 1 hour before i "Have a serious talk" with them.

What should i say?

those are the basic options, i don't want to lie.

BTW, i'm 14... so i'm a young toker. :( I don't toke much, like 3x a week or so... and i don't "drop out" of school or not do my homework to smoke.

If he's angry with you, I wouldn't try asking him to smoke with you, if you are able to convince him to see marijuana in a different light, you might just be pushing your lucky by asking him to toke. Good luck

my dad was in a punk rock band ... he was in a band with the guitar player of the police i belive it was. But anyhow, i belive he did smoke weed. He told me how he tried " dxm" ( cough medicine ) and he threw up and got very sick, so i've bet he tried weed. But i don't really know how to start the conversation in the "serious talk"...

my mom on the other hand, smoked ciggerates for 2-3 years ... and she then quit before having children. I imagine that she has tried weed before, but i'm not excactly sure. she's kind of a person who belives what people "smarter" than her tell her. People like police officers etc. who are like " smoke a joint, and the next day you'll be homeless"...

Yeah, I see where you're coming from. Just explain to them it's not all that bad. Show them facts and what-not. In the end, what can they really do? You're a teenager in high school (So I've assumed) and if your going to smoke pot then you're going to smoke it. Sure they can take away things and shit, but in the end they really can't prevent you from being in contact with buddah.
