Is this ganja?

My neighbor's cat may have dropped a couple of seeds in my garden picking them out of a sack. This plant looks very hardy but I can't be sure if it is ganja. It could be some sort of flower. Can anyone identify this?

that looks like a flower that's called a violet queen...quite very similar looking to cannabis only without the jagged leaf edges..

That's not cannabis, but if it is the flower I think it is, it's VERY worth growing for its stunning show of purple blooms.
