Hey all, I recently was hired by a grocery store, and just found out yesterday during my new employee orientation that the company has random drug screenings. I need this job, at least for a week to make my car insurance payment and keep my car, so I was hoping I could get a few answers from you wise people.
1. I have read that for light users, you can pass a drug test in as little as 3 days, and in heavy users, it could take up to a month to a month and a half. Over the past 2-3 months, Ive been smoking about 2 grams a week of mid quality cannabis, would this constitute me as a heavy user?
2. If I am asked to take a drug test sooner than latter, and I am not sure if I will pass, would it be better to quit, or attempt the test. If I were to take it and fail, as a 17 year old, would anything be done? Such as a mark on my record for being a drug user, or could the authorities possibly be contacted?
3. Does exercising help you get clean faster? Ive started spending about 45 minutes walking a day, and started lifting weighths, doing sit ups, and doing push ups several times a day, will this help?
4. How should I handle my diet. Does replacing my usual intake of soda and junk food with water and fruits and real food help me detox quicker? What type of foods in general should I avoid?
If it is relevant, I'm not in too good of shape, but I'm not overweight. I'm around 170 lbs and am 6'2.
I appreciate any advice! :hippy:
