Legally no, realistically yes.. lol thats like saying can a cop kill someone and then a week later go back to the same place and commit the same crime.

Just because a cop does it doesnt mean hes allowed to break the law.

I dont think it's in any way like a cop killing someone. Here in the US, police have the right to puchase marijuana from one, on numerous occations, before making an arrest.

Are you kidding?...The only thing 'special' about that pic was the amazing F.I.M ing I did. Turned 1 top into 6! (first try too!) The computer cam kinda sucks too! Dont get me wrong, I definately appreciate the compliment, but if you like that pic than I cant wait to show you my next round of pics which will be taken soon! I have to borrow a good camera, too poor to make that investment right now:D

Ok thanks everyone..I've got another question.

If you seen blazin up by a random person who then calls police, does that give the police 'probable cause' to search you, if you match the description, even if you have nothing on you, dont smell like bud, look perfectly normal?

Cops often buy weed off of a dealer MANY times over sometimes months before making a bust. That's how the asses the operation, they buy from you and watch as others do. If you think you're hot, stop selling...though you likely won't know till it's too late =(
