First Grow Closet and Lighting

I am about to do my first grow and i would just like some feedback. I have a closet about 1.5' by 2' by 6'. I will be getting a 250W hps and I just want to know if that will be sufficient enough to start a sea of green technique. Ive grown before but just not the sea of green technique.

yeah you could prob grow abunch from very strong just rooted clone, in tall skinny pots with nothing but main stalk. no other side or lower branches.
