Detox 7

OK, I just picked up Detox 7 from Target with fiber packets and pills. This stuff is giving me a MAD headache, even though I know it is probably helping my body in general. But, is it helping me clean out my system faster/better or I am just wasting my time and money??

ANYONE KNOW?
