I have been clean for about a week, I have exercised daily by running about a mile each day. I have also been pounding down the water and cranberry juice and have been only eating fruits and vegetables. I tried the Certo method and passed a Walgreens drug test, and then tried the Certo method a day later to see if the results were the same. And yes I got the same negative result for THC. I have a 35533N SAP 5-50/300 GC/MS test scheduled for next week, are the odds that I pass good? Please give me some feedback!

It looks pretty good.Quit exercising a couple days before the test.Just drink normal amounts of fluids for now.Morning of the tests drink some Gatorade and pee a few times before the test and when you do the test take the midstream piss and you should be good to go.

You might also eat meat so as to keep your creatine intake up, just in case there's a validity test.

Can also supplement with creatine.. I recommend that even when not trying to pass a drug test..

I just had a quick question to add on to this. I am new to the site so forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong place. I know people have asked this a million times before but here we go-

I have been a chronic/heavy user since January and have smoked almost every day of this year, with the exception of a week or two. Recently I've been smoking a lot of HIGH potency homegrown stuff. Now, there is some fear about possibly being drug tested and it has forced me to stop doing what I love so much. The drug test could potentially be soon, but I have no idea seeing as it is a random test.

I am about 5'11 and I weigh 125 pounds. I am one of those really skinny people who no matter how much they eat can not get fatter, and I assume this is because of a naturally high metabolism.

So! I started taking a multi-vitamin that supposedly contains one day's servings of vitamins and "powerful" antioxidants taken out of spinach, raspberries, and other foods high in antioxidants. It also has some kind of time release fat soluble B vitamin, along with more than the daily value of almost every vitamin I can think of. I have also started myself on a cranberry juice/mate/water thing to flush my system out. (Mate because it is a lot higher in antioxidants than green tea)

I was just wondering if these seemed like things that would help cleanse my body, and if taking a big load of vitamins helps clean you out at all? Also, how much does having a high metabolism expedite the cleansing process?

One more thing, I went to my local headshop and they had some sort of 7 day detox regime that is supposed to make you clean in 7 days. I was wondering if anyone has heard of these or used them and if they work or not?

It sounds like your doing most of the right things.None of the detox kits seem to be of much use.Your weight is good so that works in your favor.I highly recommend getting some at home test kits and test yourself to see how you're doing.I get mine of off fleabay for about $1.25 each.Randoms are a bitch I have a bottle of quickfix I keep in the car just in case because usually I have to drive to a lab to have the randoms done so I have time. But I have seen where they will bring a tech to the workplace and have to piss right on the spot. All you need is 10 seconds of access to a microwave and you can save your ass a lot of greif.

Thanks! I would keep something like that in my car also, except for the fact that my situation wouldn't be one where I would be able to do that. And, someone would most likely be watching me pee. So, unfortunately, I just have to clean my system out.

I was looking through some of the ingredients in the home detox stuff and a lot of the vitamins and such in it was stuff that I was taking already. So, I don't really see the point in wasting $40 on a 7 day detox kit if it isn't going to do more than I can.

Thanks for the advice though. Any other thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated too.

Also, I was curious...
I have a friend whose mom worked for the local police for a while, you know, just long enough to figure out how they worked. But the whole time she worked for them she was smoking, and being pee tested. And supposedly taking some pill that made her test clean. It all sounds very iffy and bogus to me but I was just curious as to if anyone had heard about anything like this "pill" before?

Skinny people usually get clean more quickly than average weight or obese people.

Antioxidents have not been shown to help get people clean more quickly but it can't hurt. Vitamin B is water solule, not fat soluble. You can't flush THC metabolites out of your body by drinking massive amounts of water days before the test. Cranberry juice isn't doin much either.

Those detox kits are a waste, sometimes they work, sometimes not. Spend you money on synthetic urine instead and sub.

Time and aerobic exercise are the only things that help. No miracle pill exists. Niacin is useless.

All these answers have been posted over and over again. Try the search feature or read some of the threads.

Ordinarily no one would be watching you pee.Why would they be watching you pee?
