so I found yesterday 2 nearly 1m high 60cm broad solarium lamp systems at the local flea market.
It works on 6x40watts tubes.
I was wondering if this could be the light I need to grow lets say 2-4 lowryder 2s and do I need 1 or 2 of them ? :rastasmoke:
peace

Taje - a lot of people have done really successful flouro grows. If you look around in the grow section here you can find just about everything you need to know about growing with flouro's. One thing you have to pay attention to is the spectrum of the bulbs you are using. For vegging you want bulbs in the range of 5,000k and up. For flowering you want a little bit of the 5,000k+ but mostly you want lights in the 3,500k or lower spectrum. For simplicity sake, the vegging lights are "cool" or "daylight", the flowering are "warm".

Anyway, look around and you'll find lots of people growing with flouro's who know what they are talking about.

Good luck with your grow.
