shattered seeds

i ordred 5 blueberry from dr. chronic and all 5 seeds showed up busted and unplantable


i know things happen during the shipping process but all 5 seeds???? cmon now

my question is, do i have any right to a refund or another order of seeds from this guy? i sent him an email, but nothing so far

it just sucks because blueberry was one of his most expensive strains and i wanted to get at least 1 fem out of it

I would continue to email him, im sure he would sen you 5 more on the house. Do you have pics by any chance of the packaging and the broken seeds? That might help, but i dunno. laterz..

I imagine he will replace them, without problem ... I have seen MANY complaints about 'crushed seeds' from Dr. Chronic in the past ... he always seems to make it good, but I cannot understand why he doesn't come up with a better way to ship, no excuse for that ... :smokin:

The only seeds not crushed, that i've received from Dr C, came packaged in a cardboard tube, looked like from toilet paper roll. The seeds in the breeders pack remained stationary in the tube. Many orders, all in cd cases have crushed seeds, not all, but many crushed seeds, every order. I sent several emails all addressing the packaging and giving suggestions. Never heard back and apparently no change has been made. Sad!
