Planning an Indica Heaven will you Help?

Ok, so i've recently germinated some Mandala Hashberry, Nirvana Northern Lights and Aurora Indica...i am currently working with about 24 seedlings under 3-45w cfl's (lil under 9,000 lumens) and they're growing great...i'm gonna veg them for 4-6 weeks and then put them into the flowering room (about 9 square ft) under a 400w HPS (55,000 lumens)...this will be my 3rd grow and i'm looking for help in advance...with a 9 square ft flowering room what technique would you use...i'm thinking bout going with a sea of green method for the first time and flowering in two gallon bags of Happy Frog...i could also go to 3gal bags with less plants or 1gal bags and even more plants...which technique would you use in order to utilize the space available...starting with 24 seedlings is a lot for me and i'm unsure what direction to take...but i'd like to start an Indica Heaven...will you help me?

id go with 3-5 gal

well you could grow 100 or more plants using sog

actually more like 56 but thats still enough but i would add another 400 watter to it

it depends on how much you want to harvest personal or not
i myself would try to make it where you harvest about 3-4.5 sf every 2 weeks or so
you harvest more often but you always have fresh smoke and you dont have to work for nearly as long for 1 setting
