First off I am not promoting this kit. It is a question as to whether it would be a good buy.

SH Hydroponics > Bubbleponicsâ?˘ Pro II - 24 Planter (http://www.stealthhydroponics.com/product.php?xProd=100&xSec=34&jssCart=4952e36b8ec90773c4becc6149d42f59)

What do you think? Is the money worth it, is it good for marijuana?

Well you could make it yourself easy the extra your paying is for the time to make it, In hindsight im sure I spent much more trying different things so it would have been cheaper to buy it....Actually I really like that layout, the tubs can hold 1, 2 plants max though. As long as the quality of the pumps are good I would say its a good buy.

Ya your quite right. But I'm still curious about the design of the kit the whole constant feed. Is it just an over complicated over expensive bubbler variant?

I posted this while you had so I didn't see that post.

When you say that 2 plants max, I suppose that i could buy more tubs and do a little work on them and still get like 20 plants off one system. But then again I could make a good aeroponics system for $10-$15 per plant plus a decent pump. Probably cheaper for bubbler.

Just go with 5 gal per plant and your life will be easier....bigger is even better.

Small DWC setup....lots of tangled roots, better be growing from clone. The more water you have the longer you can go without a res change, you might think its big enough till you see how much they grow in the right setup.....I would just buy a few 30gal rubbermaid's and put 5 in each, also you have to think about how your going to control the temperature...iv stared using coolers as a res, great insulation cooling is easy.
